Digital Product Nature Because product keys are instantly delivered via email and cannot be “returned” or deactivated once exposed, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or system incompatibility.
Defective or Invalid Keys If a product key does not work or is marked as invalid by Microsoft during activation, we will provide a working replacement key or a full refund under the following conditions:
You must report the issue within 7 days of purchase.
You must provide a clear screenshot of the error message or error code displayed by Windows during the activation attempt.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund If your key is defective, please contact our support team at support@jovan013.com with your Order ID and the required screenshots. Our team will verify the key and process your replacement or refund within 24–48 hours.
Chargebacks and Disputes We encourage customers to contact our support directly to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will result in the permanent suspension of your account and the immediate revocation of the product key.
